Our firm was founded in 2002 by Antonio Di Vuolo, Labour Consultant, who had already built a solid experience in the field since the early 1980s.

Why start his own firm? To create a professional reality offering highly specialized, tailor-made labour consultancy, leveraging his extensive experience in managing and resolving issues related to personnel management.

Located in the Campania region - a diverse and highly productive area - over the years we have collaborated with companies operating across various sectors. This local context, together with our belief in the importance of understanding our clients’ businesses, remains a distinctive feature of our services. For over twenty years, we have assisted small, medium and large companies, multinational corporations, family businesses, entrepreneurs, and HR managers nationwide in making and implementing even strategic decisions, through a direct and close relationship with our clients.
