She is specialised in payroll processing and control, thus she ensures the accuracy of payroll operations while guaranteeing compliance with current tax and social security regulations.
In detail, she is responsible for:

• Processing and managing the full payroll cycle for employees, including salary components, overtime, holidays, and leave periods

• Calculating social security and tax contributions, with preparation and submission of the relevant forms (F24, CU, 770)

• Managing procedures related to sick leave, maternity leave, and work-related injuries

• Liaising with social security and tax authorities (INPS, INAIL, Italian Revenue Agency).
