Annalisa is a certified labour consultant and has been collaborating with the firm since 2008. She handles matters related to HR management as well as to the preparation of social security and welfare compliance connected to employment relationships on a daily basis.

Annalisa is mainly in charge of:

• Regulatory and contractual consultancy for employee management

• Payroll processing

• Preparation and submission of tax and social security forms (CU, 770, F24, etc.)

• Management of hiring, termination, and modification procedures of employment contracts

• Implementation of corporate welfare systems.
