Giancarlo is a qualified lawyer who graduated with full marks in Law at the university L.U.I.S.S. Guido Carli. After collaborating with leading law firms in Rome, he joined the firm in 2020, focusing on areas related to labour consultancy, including social security, international employee mobility, and corporate welfare. He has been a member of the Salerno Bar Association since 2021.
